Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy:

All orders ship with Fedex Economy Air unless an upgrade or downgrade is requested. 

All in orders for items in stock will generally ship within the same week that the order is placed.  For any custom build purchases we will discuss projected completion and shipping time frames.

Please supply a business or residential address with a street name and site number.  We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Return Policy:

We understand that the purchase of musical gear is a very personal experience and that buying instruments and other musical items online can be a bit intimidating.  We also understand that sometimes things don’t quite work out and in the unfortunate circumstance that you need to return the item/s you've purchased, we’ll make it easy:

Our Side of the Deal

Stock Items: All items purchased from stock may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked.  Just email us through the contact form or call +64 3 329 0818 to let us know what you'd like to return and why.  We may ask some questions to help us understand your decision.  We may suggest alternative products that could better suit your needs but you will not be hassled or coerced into keeping something you don't want.  We will organise the collection of the goods and pay the return freight.  Your refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the goods, based on the expectations from Your Side of the Deal.

Custom Build Items: Custom built items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.  As with stock items, just email us through the contact form or call +64 3 329 0818 to let us know what you'd like to return and why.  We'll have a chat and between us work out a good plan on dealing with the issues.

Your side of the Deal

Goods returned for refund must be in as-new condition with their packaging intact and in a re-sellable state. You must provide us with a valid pickup address and a date/time during which the goods can be collected from that location.  Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order.
